I am running outlook 2003 upgraded recently from 2000. Now
when I get my email from the company exchange server
through pop3, I get two sometimes 3 copies of the same
email. If I go to the Web mail and look at what is in the
exchange server there is only one copy? I have changed
settings on leaving mail on the pop3 server and removing
it from the server and it has made no change I still get
two and sometimes three copies.

Firstly - if you have OWA I'd stick with that. If you check your mail via
POP, you run the risk of removing your mail from the Exchange server if you
aren't careful. I don't open up POP access for users on Exchange; OWA is one
option, VPN is another, RPC over HTTP(s) is another (w/E2003 and OL2003 on
WinXP). Even IMAP would be a better solution than POP.

Secondly - what's your connection speed, and do you have any large items in
the inbox? This usually happens if your connection/download is interrupted
for some reason & OL doesn't get to give the server the "all clear" message
after downloading.
