I have a super-duper new computer which has Windows Mail instead of good old
Outlook Express. I have two major problems with Windows Mail:

1. Every email I send goes twice.

2. Windows Mail seems very slow when I switch folders. Also, after about an
hour, the folders disappear and a message comes up saying 'unable to display
folders' and the reason given is there is not enough memory (there is
another reason given, which I can't remember). The only way I can rectify
this is to switch off the computer and start again.

All most annoying and frustrating, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

For your No1, go to tools>accounts and ensure that you do not have two
instances of the same account set up. If so remove one of them.

Turn off any applications that are set to scan your mail.
Norton and MacAfee products do not work well with WM. Other free AV
applications are available on the net. AVG or Avast.

Try running WMUtil from http://www.oehelp.com/WMUtil/ read the instructions
on the site, pay particular attention to the text in the Red box.
