I am using yahoo e-mail's pop3 service on my outlook 2003. Sometimes, I
receive duplicate emails for everything. I was wondering why that
happens. Is it something that can be fix. I do send and receive
automatically every minute. If you guys have answer please let me know.

Duplicates may be as a result of AV apps in use
Setting mail checking for less than 10 mins is not reccomended
Newsgroup posts should be in plain text, not html

What should I do to resolve this issue. You have identified the problem
but not have not giving me a solution. I have Norton System Works
Premiere which has Norton Anti-Virus.

If caused by your AV app the resolution lies with Symantec, though I believe
they have no resolution.
Alter your mail checking settings for not less than 10 mins, any less will
likely cause problems, which may or may not be connected.

DL's advice it good. DIsable scanning in mail with your AV program and
lengthen your send/receive interval. Also see this:
