Click on Tools, then Accounts, then one of your email accounts, then
Properties, then Servers. Record the two server names and the username.
click Cancel. Then go through the rest of your email accounts, looking
for one with the same server names and the same username. If you find
one, click Cancel, then Remove to start the removal process. When
there are no more email accounts to look at, click on Close.
