Duplicate email in POP3 for Outlook 2003

Is there a download location available for the hotfix described in
Article ID 885243 that is supposed to fix the duplicate e-mail download
issue for Outlook 2003?

According to the KB article, yes, there is. "To resolve this problem
immediately, contact Microsoft Product Support Services to obtain the
hotfix." It then follows with a link to a page of contact info you can
use to call Microsoft to get the hotfix.

You need to call Microsoft Product Support Services and ask for it.
 
That's what I figured - just thought I'd see if I could avoid that
painful step :-)

Since hotfixes have not gone through the extensive testing that service
packs receive, PSS wants to have some knowledge of who has received them in
case there turn out to be problems with them.
