Duplicate e-mails in Outlook 2003 From POp Server

I use Outlook 2003 as my e-mail application. For business reasons I use 4
e-mail aliases. I recently purchased a Blackberry and in order to obtain
e-mail I reset all my e-mail accounts on the desktop so that mail was left on
the server for 1 day. The problem now is that I now receive 4-copies of each
e-mail in my Outlook inbox. I was led to believe that this issue had been
addressed in Service Pack 2 - I have downloaded and installed MS Office SP3
but this has not solved the problem.

Any suggestions please?

If the these are aliases for a single mailbox, you should configure the
additional accounts for sending only. You can do this in Tools-> Options->
Mail Setup-> Send/Receive-> Edit...

For what its worth, I gave up on BB software. I config the devices to sync
via OWA.

Thank you for the suggestion. As far as I can see this would work fine
provided that all the e-mails were processed on Blackberry. Whilst in the
office I would like to do this in Outlook on the office computer. Am I
missing something here?

I did miss the point. I set the primary e-mail adress to "send and receive"
and the aliases to "send" only and this has done the trick.
