duplicate data in group header and detail

In an Employee Database, I am creating an Absence Report with a hierarchical
management structure. I have nested groups starting with Vice President down
to Team Leader. I would like the detail to be restricted to employees with no
Title so I can avoid something like a manager both being named in the Group
Header and in the detail under the VP. How can I restrict the detail in this
way?

in the query that this Report is base upon - you will want to establish the
criteria correctly that filters out the unwanted name....
