Dup / Clone Hard Drive

I have a Window 2000 system with a 60 GB hard drive that is that is
starting to cause (Hardware) problems. I want to add a second 60 GB
drive and dup or clone the first drive to it and then replace the first
drive with the second drive. What is the best way / program to do this.

What's the best car - a Ford, a BMW, a Toyota? Some people use
Ghost (Norton), others use DriveImage (PowerQuest), others use
TrueImage (Acronis). They all work.
