Dumping Physical Memory

Anybody can help me ?

I have motherboard VIA P4MA with processor Intel P IV 1.6 GHZ, OS Windows XP
Professional. Recently, I have a problem blue screen when I was connecting
internet.This messages appeared about 15 minutes after connecting to
internet.

STOP : 0X0000007E (.........,.............,...........,..........)

Beginning Dump of physical memory
Dumping physical memory to disk : 15

I very appriciate who have idea to resolve this problem.
