Outlook 2003

On bootup Outlook goes to the Outlook Today screen. Other than shortcuts I
can see no way to get back there. Is there an icon I can put on the toolbar
a la Calendar, Inbox, etc?

Bob

Place your cursor at the end of your existing toolbar on the down arrow and
click on that. A balloon saying "toolbar options" will appear. Click on
that and a second balloon will appear saying "Add or Remove Buttons", click
on that. Then click "customize". In the dialogue box that appears go to
the Commands tab. On the left side of the box click on the "Go" command,
then scroll down the right side until you see the item "shortcuts". Click
and drag that the "shortcuts" icoin to a location on your toolbar. You will
now have a "shortcuts" button on your toolbar. Click on "close" to back out
of the dialogue box.
Hope this makes sense and helps,
James

There should be an "Outlook Today" button at the left end of the Advanced
toolbar. Moreover, clicking the root of your PST in the Folder List view
will open Outlook Today.

Thanks... Bob
