duel boot

I currently have two, but I only want one. The first one is windows xp pro and the second one is the same. I deleted everything pertaining to the second one that is in another drive and it wont work now, but i still get the option to use that one when my pc starts up. Any help to remove this unwanted option and it's drive would be much appreciated.
