Are these partitions, C: D: and F: on separate Hard disk drives. (3 separate HDD)?
If they are you may be able to disable them in the BIOS of the computer before boot up.
If a hard drive is available and seen in the BIOS, it will be presented to Windows, W2k OR XP.
Another problem may be that the BOOT.INI file, which is most likely on C:, points to the path of all the operating systems, W2K and XP.
If you hide C:, the boot.ini will also be hidden and you will not be able to boot into anything.
