Purchase a new hard drive and install it as a slave to
your primary hard drive. Next, purchase a Chinese
version of Windows XP and install it on the slave
drive. You'll then have a dual-boot configuration
which will allow you to boot to the English or
Chinese version of Windows XP.
1. Use third-party partitioning software to make a new partition on your
(hopefully) large-enough hard drive and install the second copy of XP
there.
2. Or put in a second hard drive and install the second copy of XP
there.
At bootup, you'll be given the option which operating system to boot
into. Obviously, you'll need to own two copies of the operating system,
one in Chinese and one in English.
