Right click on the folder you want opened and select Open in New Window.
Move it to the monitor of your choice.

After furious head scratching, (e-mail address removed) please
erase the bit between the hyphens asked:
| With Outlook 2000 I could open up 2 instances of Outlook, with for
| example the calendar on 1 screen and the inbox etc on the other and
| work with both

| With office XP version this doesnt seem possible - am I missing a
