And how does resetting the clock change getting an answer to the query?

Im having the exact same problem. this occured to me after i installed a
microsoft update, so i tried uninstalling that but it didnt help. Then i
tried to do a system restore but no dice again. I EVEN TRIED SETTING MY CLOCK
BACK 12 HOURS. (THANX MICROSOFT) but that didnt work. Dont know what else to
do other then to format.
