I just set up dual 19" LCD's powered by an nVidia GeForce FX5200 Card. I
love it, but when programs open they default to the center, meaning half on
one monitor and half on another. Also happens with warning messages or
instalation screens. It's really anoying and I'm looking for a way to change
the default so these windows can open on one side or the other.
Any help is appreciated.

Use the NView - NVidia Desktop.
Be sure to get the latest drivers!

NVidia Video Card Drivers

Got the Desktop and Drivers from nVidia, but I don't see any way of changing
the way screens pop up (default location) within the software.

Right-click on your background.
Choose properties.
Choose the "Settings" tab.
Click the "Advanced" button..
There should be a tab in the new window that Says GeForce XXXXXX, select
it..
This should expand a "tab" to the left off the window..
Select "Desktop Management"..
Enable NView Desktop Manager..
Wait a minute or more for the other options to appear under "Desktop
Management" on the left, expand it.
Select "Windows" on the left..
At the bottom right, there is a section titled "Dialog Box Repositioning"..
Set as wanted.
