dual layer dvd

can't play dual layer dvd's in xp pro. explorer,media
player and all other software players say no disk in
drive.older dvd's play fine in all, have played dual
layer on this drive previously under win 98se. any help
much appreciated

I have the same issue. The only thing that I can find is
that there is a problem with the 'udfs.sys' driver not
correctly reading the disk format. Searched '"udfs.sys"
winxp' and came up with a good snippet about a rounding
error. However, I can't find a replacement version to
fix the issue.
