Dual boot: where is my partition

Next to WindowsXP I want to install WindowsMCE on a separate partition. I
have two physical disks on which I have two partitions each. XP is installed
in C partition, with data on the D partition on the second disk.
When I try to install MCE (indicating I want to select the partition
myself), the only partition I am shown is C. Neither D, H or I (the other 2
partitions, both primary) are shown.
What goes wrong here?

I know it can work, because some months ago I did the same thing, but
deleted the partition of MCE when finished trying it out.

Who can shed some light here?????

En nu gewoon in het NederLands?

Yes, they do. They are formatted and I can copy files to them. Al partitions
are NTFS BTW
