I just installed Vista Business (retail purchased copy) on a computer
that already had XP on it. I installed Vista to drive D (a separate
physical drive). The installation went smoothly - everything works as
expected. Except for the extra "Vista" entry in the dual-boot menu.
The menu shows the "previous version of Windows" entry and then TWO
Vista entries. Selecting the first Vista results in the computer
booting to Vista as it should. Selecting the second one results in an
error message screen.
How do I get rid of this second entry?
And, what did I do to cause it to be created?
