DSL downloads movies at dial-up speed

When I first got DSL it worked fine. But now when i try to download movies
it crawls at 600 kb/sec. I talked to movielink who I download from. I
talked with aol who provides my dsl. They cant seem to find the problem.

If anyone can help with a possible solution I would greatly appreciate it.

Go here, and try the "tweaks' test, which may or may not work with AOL...

If it does respond, and cites problems, follow the instructions. Pay
special attention to the RCV window size recommended.

Before trying any "tweaks" to improve your throughput, try a complete
anti-virus, spyware, adware and Trojan scan of your system. The fact that
you acknowledge that you had, at one time, acceptable speed, implies that
something has changed in your system. I'm not a fan of anything related to
AOL, so I can't help you with that.
