ExtremeDSL.com has DSL for 21.95 mo ( 1 yr contract) + 2.21 (SBC) FUSA tax,
Fusa is not a tax ,its a surcharge all DSL providers charge, Have to have
your own ethernet card (NIC) DSL modem( free), activation (free) for the
basic service plan , hopefully this bring competition into DSL and several
rounds of price reductions will follow, from what I have read 95-99 % still
connect to the internet by Dial-up.
