DSA.msc user properties (Shell properties)

Hi all. does anyone know how to open the shell user properties dialog
from dsa.msc (users and computers)?

Hyena does this, and calls it shell properties. I assume I can call a
function in a dll but do not know which one or what function.

presumably it would be dsadmin.dll dsprop.dll or adprop.dll but I have
no idea how to find out. If anyone knows how please also post this so
I can find out in future.
