Recently, I've been recieving the following error message everytime at shutdown (not to mention the performance of my CPU has slowed considerably)..

"drwtsn32.exe - dll initiation failed because the windows station is shutting down.

Any ideas on what exactly is going on and how this issue can be resolved? Thanks!

Difficult one to resolve because event viewer and Dr. Watson
are shutting down. The cause of the error message is usually a
service or device that should have normally started but did not
or was not called to start. Someone had suggested a test to find
the offending service or device by logging off --- not shutting
down --- and hoping that the error situation repeats. It would
then be logged into Dr. Watson Log or into Event Viewer.
