dropdown lists

When I log into sites the email address or log in name that I used is saved
in a dropdown box. I know that if I click on it and hit delete, it deletes,
but does anyone know if there is a way sometime later (like over a year later)
to restore that information or is it permanetly deleted??

AFAIK, the info is gone. Perhaps someone else may give you a more positive
