Dropdown Box to select db results

I've used the db results wizard to make a dropdown box. It selects a name.
(I'd like it to be used as the driteria for displaying a record on a form.)

I then used the db results wizard to display fields on a form. I set
criteria for it, but it makes its own criteria text field to be filled in
and then a query button.

I'd like the selection criteria to be the original dropdown box I made.

How can I change this?

On the last page of the wizard, clear the check box
titled Add Search Form.
