I have A Excel 2000 and XP Workbooks. Thay have three
DropDown list one in cell F1, one in cell G1 and one in
cell H1. The date for these cell come from three other
range of cells. I would like to add some info to the
DropDown lists (ie add more names, and citys) but I can
not know how to do this.

Select one of the cells, then choose Validation from the Data menu. On the
Settings tab, you should see the source range. You just need to adjust
(extend) this.

Which part? "Select one of the cells" means select F1 or G1 or H1. "Choose
Validation from the Data menu" means click "Data" in the menu bar ("File",
"Edit", View", etc.), then click "Validation" when the menu drops down. When
the Data Validation dialog displays, make sure the "Settings" tab is
uppermost. The "Allow" option should read "List", the "Source" option should
tell you the range. If it says e.g. =$A$1:$A$10 you can edit this to e.g.
=$A$1:$A$20.

If some pictures would help, see http://www.contextures.com/xlDataVal01.html

Andy
