Drop-down menus in Tasks & Printing tasks in Color

We are trying to modify Tasks to fit our use and have added fields that pertain to our specific needs. You go into view and then Customize Current View. There you can add the fields, but is it possible to make those fields into drop-down menus? There is no option. Is there an upgrade that I can download that will add that option?

Also, there is only an option in the print dialog box that allows grey shading. If you don't check that option, then you don't get any shading at all. Do you know if there is a way to print the task list with color shading

No, Outlook does not support custom drop-down lists in table views.

There's nothing built-in for color shading, either.
