Drop Down Java Menu and Hyperlinks

Hi
Please help. I would like to have a drop down menu of hyperlinks without the scroll bar to appear when a person drags their cursor over a word. Thank you and any help is appreciated

In the IE Address bar type:

? JavaScript DHTML Menu scripts
