Drop Down Box

How do I create a drop down box in my excel document? I
would like to go to a cell and have a drop down box with a
list of data, then pick one, and let is fill the cell.

Any help would be appreciated.

Create a list, select the cell inquest, do data>validation>allow>list and
refer to the list in the reference box, for examples
