For the past few days I keep getting this drop panel when I open certain web
sites. "Script error> object doesn't
support this property or method.
URL file//C:Windows htwb.bin.
Do you want to continue running scripts on this page. yes or no.
Whether I pick yes or no the drop box disappears and my web page is
available.
Is there any way to stop this from happening.
I deleted the htwtb.bin file with no satisfaction. Thank you

A Google on this error indicates you possibly have spyware on your
computer. If you've never scanned to remove spyware, there is a high
probability that your computer is infested. Remove spyware with Spybot
Search & Destroy from www.security.kolla.de and Ad-aware from
www.lavasoftusa.com. Be sure to update these programs before running
them. These programs are free, so run them both since they complement
each other. It is best to run antivirus and spyware removal tools in
Safe Mode. Also, be sure you have a current (post-2002 version using
updated virus definitions) antivirus program installed.
