Drivers for Dvd-rom, CD-Rw

This problem occurs everytime I load the computer up.It
does not detect neither the Dvd-rom or the Cd-rw.When I
click on Device manager and scroll down to Both Drives
there is a (yellow !) and Im unable to use any of the
drives.Now neither the DVD rom or Cd-rw came wit a disk
So I can load the Drivers from Cd.
Can anyone Help me? I would really appreciate it.

go to www.support.microsoft.com and search for CD-ROM and

DVD access problems and you will find the answers that
will help. You'll have to go into the registry to delete
certain files.
