I am going to build my own PC here in Japan. This is my first time to build
a PC. Unfortunatly, the parts may not ship with English drivers. I will try
to stick to parts available in the States as well. Is it possible to just
download/over-install new English drivers? Or is there more to it than that?

Also, if I need to get English manuals (say the mobo), are there online
resources?

If interested, here's my new system setup:

The driver files themselves are not language specific: they are written in
compuetr language.

Most products automatically ship with installation instructions in many
languages and would also install any help files in the language chosen.

The beeter written installation files will detect the language of your
system and begin with that language first.
