drivers available on all accounts

I have many network computers on a domain. When I add a device requiring a
driver, I add it as an admin. How do I make those drivers available to all
accounts when users log onto their computers?

create a shared "driver" folder somewhere on the network that is accessible
by "everyone" ???
 
Sorry, maybe I wasn't clear in my description. I install drivers as an admin,
but when a new user with limited account access logs onto the same computer
adn plugs in a USB device, they are asked for an admin account to install the
driver, even though the driver was already installed under the admin login.
