i continue to get this error message everytime all the
time and then my system reboots. What does this mean and
how do i fix this.

The only drivers installed would be the setup disk that
came with my pc for the processor, video, and modem.

Mike,

have a good look at the error message to find out which driver
is affected.

Most often blue screen (of death, BSOD) messages are a
consequence of a hardware fault. Perhaps 50% are caused by
faulty RAM. Others can be caused by loose or corroded contacts
and by other hardware failures like electronic chip failures.

Another possible cause is a faulty driver or an inappropriate or
incompatible driver. This is not so frequent, because the same
driver operates in many computers and most likely does not
always fail. But it happens.

To track down the error, after looking at the error message, you
may have to remove or swap hardware components and drivers, then
check whether the error disappears.
