I installed an Ethernet board in my computer. When the computer starts up it tries to install my new hardware but says I need a driver. I took the board from my old computer. Where do I find the driver

The board is a Realtek RTL8139 Family PCI Fast Ethernet NIC #2, IP Address 192.168.2.7, Subnet Mask 255.255.255.0 and assigned by DHCP.
