I get a 16 bit MS Dos Subsystem error that "driver does not support the selected baud rate" when I run an .exe in CMD window to transfer a hex file to a barcode scanner. Control Panel/system/device manager says com1 is working, and the 3 baud rates I tried are all loaded (9600, 19200,38400). An "identical" PC with "identical" setup worked fine for the file transfer.
