drive partition

i hvae partitioned my 18.6 gb hard drive in 2. the c drive has 2.09gb for the system and the rest 16.5gb for apps. unfortunately i am running low on the c drive down to 90MB left. i need to increase the c drive space HOW CAN I DO THAT WITHOUT ERASING MY DRIVES...PLEASE SOMEONE HELP...
 
You will need a third party partitioning program. You may want to do
this yourself or depending on the comfort level, have a shop do the
work.
Commercial Products like Partition Magic or the shareware program
Ranish. Suggested payment a Postcard of your town or preferably college.
