Drive letter assignments

How do I (can I) change the drive letter designation of my CD and DVD drives
from D: and E: to J: and K: (or something higher than G:). My OEM HD is C:.
Just installed a partitioned USB drive and want the CD and DVD to be the
last two drives (highest letters).

Start | Settings | Control Panel | Administrative Tools |
Computer Management. Click Disk Management, then right-click the
drive and choose "Change drive letter and paths."
