Same ol' way: Tools > Internet Options > Security > [zone] > Custom >
Miscellaneous > Drag and drop or copy and paste files > ...

Thanks for your reply. I forgot to mention that I tried the same ol way
before I submitted msg, but it did not work. When I right click on any
program after clicking start button nothings happens. Any more suggestions.

Any program, eh? Did this behavior exist before you installed IE7 RC1,
