There is a feautre in Novell 4.1 that allows the
Administrator to prevenet users from renaming or moving
Folders.

Is there an equivalent feature in Microsoft that allows
the administrator to prevent users from Dragging and
Dropping designated Folders on a 2000 Server?

Have you checked GPEDIT? I haven't looked at the server version, but 2kpro
allows us to prevent this.
