Drafts not updating when sending

Using Outlook & Word 2002 as email editor, I compose, save
& close a draft.

Then I return to the draft, amend & send it, only to
discover that the updated draft wasn't sent; the original
saved version only was sent.

This has happened on more than one machine. Any ideas?

It's a known problem - you are sending before it has a chance to autosave
the changes - hit Save before sending to correct.
