So I'm trying to streamline my hard drive and I check out Dr Watson. In the
"user.dmp" I seem to have collected 80 megs of stuff. Can I delete this? Part of
this? What is it?

Yes you can delete user.dmp files -- the default app "debugger" Dr. Watson
collects a memory dump when an app crashes. The user.dmp file is the memory
dump.

That's good news. Can I stop it from accumulating or can I integrate "Disk Cleanup"
to delete this or would it do it automatically?

If you run Dr. Watson (drwtsn32) there is a GUI with some configuration
options.
