"DR is missing press ctrl-and-del to restart"

So I go to bios and do F10 to save & exit and sometimes windows starts
and other times does not start. I have to fo throufh F1 and F10 few
times before windows boots....

Thanks you all for any good solutions to solve this problem.

I have HP 873N Media center

It says only
"DR is missing
Press CTRL+ALT+DEL to restart.

It does not says "NTLDR"

Is it possible that the NTL part is off the screen and cannot be seen?

If it really says just DR, you're on your own.
