Easy way to find out: Click on another file to download, note the location
of this file, then goto that location and your first download should be
their.
The above is one suggestion. Another might be to do Start > Search and
choose all files. Then click "When was it modified", click specified dates
and choose the date you modified the file. You'll then see every file that
was created or modified that day, the downloaded file presumably among them.
