When downloading the popup for run/save appearsand clicking on Run the
computer shows that the file is being copied to a temporary file. When
finished it asks to install. On clicking install nothing happens. Checking
via windows explorer there hasn't been a download. Same thing happens for
Save. Adirectory for save was specified, th popup shows file being copied,
but upon checking nothing has been saved. I've reset Internet Explorer (v6)
to the default values. Same problem.

Any advice, ideas would be great. Thanks

I would never select Run, it's too dangerous IMO. Select save and browse
to a location. Then run the file from that location. You do have an
active anti-virus?
