Downloads never completing...

Does anyone know why everytime I download something from websites it never
finishes it? It gets a couple percents and then just stops. When download
from with file sharing programs though, I can download anything.
 
Where are you saving the downloads to on your hard disk?

Delete your Internet Cache - Click Start > type Internet Options > click it
under the General (tab) >
Click to expand...
Browsing History > click Delete

If that does not work, try resetting your Internet Explorer settings. On the
same window, click the Advanced tab > under 'Reset Internet Explorer
settings' click 'Reset'.
