Downloads/Gain/Precision Time/Shockwave, etc.

I am attempting to uninstall these downloads on my computer. For some reason it won't allow me to do so and the little box says "cannot open install.log file." Anyone know how to do this?

it's XP Version..go to Start 1 click (left button) to
Control Panel to Add or Remove Programs, follow the
