downloading

when ever i do a download through internet explorer if i get booted off or
something when i restart it i have to start from the beginning is there any
way to resume it from where i left off with out buying some annoying
software program?
 
Nope. Microsoft did not build a "download manager" into IE - so you have to
start over if you don't use some "annoying software program" to manage your
downloads.
