| I have tried unsuccessfully three times to download 27
| updates from Microsoft's website. Each time I am
| following the instructions as specified on the web page,
| and each time the downloads are not being delivered to my
| system. Could someone please tell me how long it takes,
| or what I am doing wrong to initiate these new
| downloads. Please help. My computer has already had one
| virus that I have had to fix. I cannot afford to fix
| another one. Any information would be very helpful.
| Thank you.
