downloading security updates

I'm trying to download the free security update from
microsoft but got a notice that XP:KB28028 could ruin my
computer. How do I get the download and be able to
contact my bank again? Bennie
 
Either use Windows Update to install these security
releases on your machine, or get them from the links
in the security bulletins

There is no KB numbered 28028 (at least not of any
recent history), so you may be getting second-hand
information that is erroneous.
